These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Fired Up.

Purchasing a service:

When you "Book a slot", you are purchasing a workshop session at our studio. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the booking. Items made in the workshop will be fired up and will need to be picked up by you (or delivered at an additional cost) between 2 days - 2 weeks (unless otherwise mentioned during your appointment) depending on the item and number of items in the order. We will try our best to provide a clear timeline and regular communication in case of delays in pick up.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

In the event that you are unsatisfied with the item on pickup, due to a fault during the firing process, for example breakage inside the kiln, visibly large bubbles, devitrification (crystalline non-shiny surface), etc. we will offer you the option to remake an item of equal value at a mutually decided future appointment slot. The faulty item will remain with FiredUp.

Personal Information:

We use the Order Information provided by you while placing your order to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

 

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Communicate with you;

Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and

Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We do not share your name, phone number or payment information with any third parties.

Cancelation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations can be made at any time with the following refund policy:

1. Full refund for cancellations made 2 days in advance of your booked slot.

2. An alternate workshop slot will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days in advance. ​
